As a Full Eagle, Advisors has been able to expand its loan volume by approving loans which a majority of the competition could not dream of.  An FHA ‘mortgagee’ can originate, underwrite, fund, service and/or own FHA insured loans. Mortgagees are also known as Full-Eagles because they perform any lender function on FHA loans.
